Desert Olive Farms selects olives harvested at the pick of flavor by Desert Milling, Inc. from family farms in Southern California and mostly from the world renown agricultural region known as the Imperial Valley along the western edge of the Sonoran Desert. Like fine wines, olive oil flavor is impacted as much by tree variety and time to the mill as it is growing conditions. Milled within 24 hours, our award winning oil is classified as extra virgin and stems from 3 varieties - Arbequina, Arbonsana, and Koroneiki.
