2 T. Mediterranean Dipping Oil
1/4 tsp. Garlic Salt
1/4 tsp. Lemon Pepper
1/4 tsp. Rosemary
- My daughter's roommate is vegan. So she made these potatoes and fell in love with them!
- Preheat oven to 325º F.
- Cover baking sheet in tin foil. Place potatoes on a baking sheet. Combine all spices on potatoes and mix them up so they are all evenly coated.
- Potatoes are all ready for the oven! Cook for about 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender with a fork. Enjoy!
