Roasted Potatoes

3 Yukon Gold Potatoes, cubed
2 T. Mediterranean Dipping Oil
1/4 tsp. Garlic Salt
1/4 tsp. Lemon Pepper
1/4 tsp. Rosemary
    1. My daughter's roommate is vegan. So she made these potatoes and fell in love with them! 
    2. Preheat oven to 325º F. 
    3. Cover baking sheet in tin foil. Place potatoes on a baking sheet. Combine all spices on potatoes and mix them up so they are all evenly coated. 
    4. Potatoes are all ready for the oven! Cook for about 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender with a fork. Enjoy!

    Tried this yesterday after buying this at the Mission Beach CA Farmer’s Market. I loved it! I will definitely make this again.
